The Access Wireless Lifeline Program is a new and innovative program that allows new Consumers the flexibility of a cell phone. The Access Wireless Lifeline Program allows those who participate in or qualify for specific assistance programs in Indiana to receive a free cell phone. The phone operates similarly to a prepaid phone and will be a good device for emergency communication and other necessary calls. The program offers advantages such as no contracts or monthly bills and one can bolster their monthly plan by adding minutes.
