Employee Owner of the Month: January 2022

Introducing IPMG's Employee Owner of the Month of January: Carol Monroe!
Carol was nominated for this award by the family of an Individual she serves. The nomination stated, "Carol puts her heart into caring and dedication while she oversees waiver services for our daughter who has tuberous sclerosis complex. Carol has a keen insight into Rebecca's medical condition and service needs. She has helped us so much by making music therapy an important part of Rebecca's life. We have noticed a very positive difference in overall quality of life since music. Her therapists are also to be praised. Thank you IPMG for having Carol in our lives."
Carol writes, "Being nominated by this amazing family is truly humbling. I can’t believe it’s already been over ten years that I have had the privilege of working with wonderful families such as this one.
Providing case management to individuals is truly a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Each individual I work with immediately finds their way into my heart and makes me feel part of their family. Working with families and advocating for the individuals I serve each and every day allows me to provide an unconditional commitment to support their pursuit of a self-determined life.
I am graduate of Ball State University, and I have been married to my husband Mike for over 25 years. We share a beautiful, driven daughter (Bella), who at 19 is already a Junior at Purdue. Bella continues to amaze us with all of her activities from Best Buddies to just being voted President of Purdue’s Agricultural Communicators of Tomorrow (ACT). In my free time I enjoy crafting, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
