March IPMG Making a Difference Spotlight

Audrey Dean

Nominated by: An Individual they serve

Nominator's Remarks: She's a very caring person and she is very important to me and very understanding. She knows how to explain things very well.

Cheryl Harmon

Nominated by: An Individual's Guardian/Parent

Nominator's Remarks: I have known her since before her start at IPMG. Her dedication to Individuals' well-being and the practical advice to the family is exemplary. She is also very pleasant to work with, always has a smile.

Chris Gackle

Nominated by: An Individual's Guardian/Parent

Nominator's Remarks: Chris has done an amazing job with getting my daughter set up to succeed. When we moved to his area she was quickly shown many options to secure a job coach and PAC person, employment, transportation training and informed of many opportunities in her city to be involved with others to increase her social circle as well. She is thriving and we believe Chris played a big part in helping her get started and keeping her on goal to be as independent as possible. Thank you Chris!

Laura Adams

Nominated by: Colleague

Nominator's Remarks: Laura has a developed a high level of trust and connection with those she serves, and every shadow visit I have attended with her made sure to relay this message. Laura has also gone above and beyond to help me navigate my new role as my mentor. She has made herself available and has been nothing but patient when I am needing guidance or up-training on a skill I have not mastered. She has made me feel welcome at every turn and her dedication to the mentor role will help IPMG retain employees that are confident and competent.

Tracy Muggelberg

Nominated by: Provider

Nominator's Remarks: My name is Jenna Conklin, and I work for Paladin as the Director of Therapy Services. In our field, especially as a supervisor, rarely do we come across emails that are not complaints or a fire to put out. I wanted to take the time to really showcase one of your employees. Tracy Muggelberg is outstanding!!!! I have been working with her for a while now on a very severe case and the work she has put in is unbelievable. She has gone above and beyond with her support to not only my agency, but other team members and most of all, the family. She has answered calls late at night and on the weekends to problem solve ways to assist the family and myself.

Tracy has not missed a beat. She has reviewed every piece of documentation thoroughly from each provider. She has sat in on meetings where she has been able to explain to the Psychiatrist, and/or the Superintendent where they went wrong due to documentation they had provided on other assessments and or meetings.

Tracy's professionalism in these intense meetings is remarkable. Tracy calmly and patiently waits for the speaker to finish and with ease, she goes into explaining the facts that were presented or discussed in earlier meetings that prove otherwise. Tracy has called every single facility and provider in the state of Indiana, multiple times to see if she can admit our consumer for services. She has attended each and every meeting related to this Individual, and advocates to the very end. In a time where we feel defeated, and she has done everything possible to help, she still calls the family and myself with a positive attitude and a strong will to not give up. Tracy is a force to be reckoned with, in the most positive way I can express!!!! I want her on each and every Wraparound team I am on, because this woman does not give up without a fight. Tracy is the most supportive advocate I have ever met.

It has been and continues to be such a pleasure to be on a team with her. She is an astounding leader. I cannot say enough positive things about Tracy. We adore Tracy and are so happy she is a wraparound facilitator!!

Deanna Muth

Nominated by: Individual's Guardian/Parent

Nominator's Remarks: Deanna has been my daughter’s case manager since we began to transition my daughter into the CIH waiver. Deanna has made this whole experience enjoyable and removed our fear and concern. She is wonderful with my daughter and shows such great care and compassion.
