What is IPMG's Powerful Parents and Consumers Network?

IPMG Supervisor Bonnie Genovese speaks at PPCN's Marion chapterIPMG's Powerful Parents and Consumers Network provides accurate information and rich resources to people receiving waiver services and their loved ones. This united force is dedicated to empowering and informing those Consumers and their families. Members include parents, guardians, and Hoosiers receiving services for Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and Support Services Waivers, as well as individuals with developmental disabilities currently not receiving a waiver.

This network of leaders meets regularly in well-structured meetings that provide education updates, local community resources, and key topic discussions on important initiatives and information. Members also share positive experiences between chapters in an effort to find resolutions that benefit all members.

Built to Engage and Empower

IPMG's Powerful Parents and Consumers Network provides a voice for advocates. Representing the real needs in the community they live, IPMG's Powerful Parents and Consumers Network extends IPMG's commitment to assist Hoosiers with developmental disabilities. IPMG's Powerful Parents and Consumers Network provides a structured, empowered platform for individuals to gain critical information and express their unique needs.

Members engage in programs and initiatives beneficial to those with developmental disabilities and their families, and help create stronger relationships.
