IPMG’s innovative, interactive inSync system provides a responsive method for Indiana’s service providers to offer up-to-date information to Indiana’s waiver recipients.
Designed to meet the needs of Consumers and service providers throughout the state, inSync is a free service to registered and qualified organizations. The State of Indiana notes inSync as the preferred method of getting information to Indiana’s Home and Community-based Waiver Program recipients.
IPMG’s case management professionals utilize inSync during the intake process for new waiver recipients. During this process, Consumers are provided with a list of service providers in their area who are registered with inSync. The information for each of these registered organizations reflects the available services provided that match the interests and needs of the individual receiving the waiver. The individual and his or her family may utilize this information to select a provider.
Registered service provider organizations may update their profile within inSync to accurately reflect their current list and description of available services. Registered users may also view critical data on new and existing waiver recipients that help guide their organization to more closely match the needs of the community they serve.
Registered inSync users also receive timely updates and information direct from IPMG and the State of Indiana, ensuring they can be responsive to and prepared for changes. IPMG also relates information on many key initiatives within the waiver program directly through inSync.
User-friendly, easy to update, and free, inSync is a prime tool for any service provider seeking to be in the forefront of information and a service leader to individuals with developmental disabilities. To register for inSync, click here. Registration is free and easy, and only takes a few minutes! |
