ADA 20th Anniversary Celebration

HHS and HUD partner to improve housing support for persons with disabilities

Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Secretary Shaun Donovan announced a joint project between their two agencies to make $40 million available to local housing agencies to assist 5,300 non-elderly families with disabilities.

ADA Survey seeking your input

The 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Survey is being conducted by the Indiana Institute on Disability and Community, the Governor’s Council for People with Disabilities, and Indiana Protection and Advocacy Services, in conjunction with the Great Lakes ADA Center in Chicago. Learn how to submit your opinion by June 15 to be included in the upcoming "Report Card" reflecting the state of the ADA in Indiana.
