Within the state of Indiana, there are six IPMG districts covering seven areas. These districts are simply geographic areas, designed to create a balance within the organization. Your district is determined by the location of your residence, and has no other bearing or affect on your Waiver services.
Each district is lead by a District Director, who provides overall guidance to the case managers and other IPMG professionals on your team. These experienced leaders utilize their years of knowledge within the field to ensure consistent, dignified, and person-centered case management is provided to all Medicaid waiver recipients within their geographical area. The District Directors are located at each district office, as listed here.
