Recreational Bowling for Special Needs

As part of the Cooperative Special Recreation Initiative (CSRI) in northwestern Indiana, a special needs recreational bowling league will run Thursdays, July 2 through August 6, 2009, at the Stardust Bowl III in Dyer.

Youth are able to concentrate on skill development and techniques, while enjoying the success of watching pins fall! Wheel chair and ball ramps are available. Program ends with a prize raffle and pizza party. Fee includes games, shoes, and pizza party. Register at the Schererville Clerk Treasurer's Office (10 E. Joliet Street), or by phone with a credit card thru the Clerk's Office at 219-322-2211, ext. 5.

Cost is $37 for Schererville residents, $40 for non-residents.

This program is a part of the Cooperative Special Recognition Initiative (CSRI) of northwestern Indiana. CSRI is a cooperative venture seeking ways to increase recreational opportunities for individuals of all ages with special needs and abilities. The CSRI is comprised of support from:
